We read it properly
A senior engineer reads your message, not an automated qualification bot. If something’s unclear, we’ll ask before the call rather than spend the call catching up.
Reply within one business day
Either a proposed time for a call, or a direct answer if your question doesn’t need one. Sometimes the honest reply is a two-line email pointing you somewhere better.
A thirty-minute technical call
With the engineer who would lead your project. We’ll ask about your systems, your constraints and what “fixed” looks like in numbers. You’ll get initial technical direction and a realistic cost range on the call.
A written proposal, if it makes sense
Scope, approach, timeline and cost in writing, usually within three to five working days. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so at step three and save you the wait.

We work with clients across multiple regions. Live sessions are scheduled in an agreed overlap window; everything else runs asynchronously, so time zones don’t slow projects down.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?+
No. Roughly half our enquiries start with a problem rather than a specification. Describing what’s going wrong is more useful to us than describing a solution you’re not sure about.
What if my budget is small?+
Say so on the call. If the scope doesn’t fit the budget, we’ll tell you what would fit, phase it so the highest-value part ships first, or tell you honestly that a template or a freelancer serves you better right now.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss details?+
Yes, before any detailed discussion of your systems. Send yours or use ours.
Is the consultation actually free?+
Yes, and it isn’t a sales presentation. Discovery — the paid phase — only begins if you decide to move forward.
How soon can you start?+
Depends on current capacity, and we’ll give you a real date rather than an optimistic one. Discovery can usually begin within two to three weeks of a signed scope.
