- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems
- Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data without our written permission

3. Enquiries and communication
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorised to provide it.
Submitting an enquiry doesn’t create a contract. It’s an invitation for us to discuss possible work. No engagement exists until we’ve both signed a written agreement.
Anything discussed before that — timelines, cost estimates, technical suggestions — is preliminary and non-binding. Written proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to the terms of the agreement that would follow.
We treat information you share in an enquiry as confidential and won’t disclose it to third parties. If you’re sharing genuinely sensitive detail, ask us for an NDA first — we’ll sign one before any detailed technical discussion.
4. Intellectual property
Our content. Everything on the Site — text, design, graphics, code, structure and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law.
What you may do. View, download and print pages for your own reference or internal business evaluation. Quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source page. Share links to our pages freely.
What you may not do. Republish substantial portions of our content, present it as your own, use it commercially without permission, or use it as training data for machine learning models.
Client work shown on the Site. Case studies and portfolio material are published with the relevant client’s permission. Client trade marks and brand assets remain their property.
Third-party marks. Technology and platform names on the Site are the trade marks of their respective owners. Reference to them indicates our technical capability, not endorsement or affiliation.
5. Content accuracy
We aim to keep the Site accurate and current, but:
- Content is provided for general information and doesn’t constitute professional advice
- Technical opinions reflect our judgement at the time of writing and may become outdated
- Cost and timeline indications are illustrative, not quotations
- Case study figures reflect specific client circumstances; results vary
- We may change or remove content at any time without notice
Do not rely on Site content as the sole basis for a business decision. For advice on your specific situation, speak to us directly.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for maintenance or business reasons, without notice and without liability.
You’re responsible for arranging your own access to the Site, and for ensuring anyone accessing it through your connection is aware of these terms.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to external websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. A link doesn’t imply endorsement. Review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We exclude liability for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or business interruption arising from your use of the Site
- We exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss
- Our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any
Liability arising from client projects is governed by the separate agreement covering that engagement, not by this section.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Site, or content you submit through it.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision, and changes take effect when published. Continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
